• Design tooling using advanced software like Solid Works.
• Improve productivity on existing production lines.
• Analyze failures and recommend design changes.
• Develop processes for new and existing products.
• Conduct FMEAs on designs, materials, and processes.
• Review product designs for optimal manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles for process improvement.
• Lead design reviews for new and existing products.
• Create work instructions and maintain inventory records.
• Implement automation and robotics for efficiency.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Solid Works and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with tooling and project management.
• Background in automation and heavy manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Authorization to work in the USA without sponsorship.
