Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Team Lead in Ooltewah, TN to provide leadership for a value stream in a high‑volume production environment. You will train staff, manage daily production plans, and ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency standards are met.
The role demands hands‑on leadership, problem solving, and strong knowledge of Lean practices. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory role, extensive knowledge of Lean manufacturing, and experience with MRP/ERP and MS Office.
