REAL ALLOY in Loudon, TN is seeking a Metals Melting Operations Technician to support furnace activities that power our production line. You will assist with furnace operations, melt activities, material handling, and line flow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience preferred, strong safety mindset, and solid communication with basic Excel skills. The role requires overtime and rotating 12‑hour shifts in a 24/7/365 setting.
