Responsible for performing advanced production activities on variety of machines to produce precision parts and instruments.;
Reviews blueprints, work orders, tooling instructions or other written specifications to understand machining characteristics of various metals.;
Aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materials onto machines.;
Measures and examines pieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.;
Performs quality control inspections on finished product; for ISO-certified locations, performs In Process Quality Inspections.
