SUMMER HOURS 6AM-3:30PM WINTER HOURS 7AM-4:30PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Experienced Machine Operator to work in a metal manufacturing and die-casting production environment. This position involves operating production equipment used to manufacture metal components.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload metal parts and materials from production equipment.
• Monitor machines during the production cycle and identify operating issues.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and notify maintenance or supervisors of equipment problems.
• Remove finished castings from machines and place parts in designated containers or work areas.
• Inspect parts for defects such as cracks, incomplete castings, excess material, or other quality issues.
• Perform trimming, grinding, deburring, or other basic finishing work as required.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Experience in die casting, metal manufacturing, foundry, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work around industrial machinery and a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defective parts.
