The Marketing Content & Visual Communications Specialist supports company-wide marketing initiatives through content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, event support, customer engagement, and cross-functional project coordination. This position serves as a versatile marketing resource that collaborates with multiple departments to strengthen brand presence, support sales efforts, enhance customer communications, and ensure the company's marketing materials remain current, professional, and effective across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Capture photo and video content for social media reels and marketing campaigns.
- Redesign and update product brochures, flyers, spec sheets, and sales literature.
- Audit and update website photography, SEO alt tags, metadata, and page content.
- Refresh and maintain periodical print advertisements.
- Support training events with certificates, handouts, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain rental industry literature and specification sheets.
- Provide backup support for customer delivery photography and videography.
- Build and maintain an archive of product photography and video assets, including SHC products.
- Assist with trade show preparation including signage, banners, giveaways, and event materials.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows, open houses, customer events, and industry conferences.
- Capture photos and videos during events and customer visits.
- Support customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Serve as a marketing resource for Sales, Product Management, Training, Operations, Rental, Service, and Executive Leadership teams.
- Create presentations, flyers, graphics, and communication materials for internal departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, and promotional product suppliers.
- Support strategic marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Shoot and edit social media content.
- Manage marketing requests and priorities.
- Edit and archive photos/videos.
- Support design and collateral requests.
- Review website imagery and content.
- Audit SEO elements.
- Update brochures and product sheets.
- Conduct website audits.
- Refresh advertising creative.
- Review literature accuracy.
- Prepare trade show materials and update asset libraries.
- This position is primarily office-based and located at the company's Ooltewah, Tennessee headquarters.
- The majority of responsibilities are performed from the office, including content creation, graphic design, marketing collateral development, website management, project coordination, and internal marketing support.
- Limited travel is required to support trade shows, customer visits, equipment deliveries, training programs, and occasional on-location photography or videography assignments.
- Travel is expected to be occasional and project-driven rather than routine.
- Flexibility to support occasional early morning, evening, or event-related activities may be required.
