Communications Specialist

• 6 month contract - will extend or convert

Insight Global's client is seeking a Communications Strategy Associate to support global communications initiatives while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who wants to build experience in communications, project coordination, and global program support within a fast-paced environment.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience, internship experience, or relevant academic project work
• Strong writing, editing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communications materials including:
• Support meetings through:
  • Scheduling and logistics
  • Meeting notes
  • Follow-up communication
• Manage review and approval processes by:
  • Tracking feedback
  • Coordinating revisions
• Maintain organized project documentation, communications assets, and team resources.
• Provide ongoing administrative and project support for communications initiatives as priorities evolve.

• Experience supporting communications, marketing, public relations, or corporate communications initiatives
• Exposure to global teams or cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with project management platforms
• experience strongly preferred
