The Hospitality Hub in Memphis, TN is seeking a Street Outreach Specialist to enroll individuals experiencing street homelessness into the Continuum of Care and build trust with core partners.
You will engage in field outreach across parks, underpasses, and city streets, maintain accurate CRM/HMIS data, and collaborate with local agencies to offer shelter, healthcare and housing resources. Some shifts may require evenings or weekends.
