JOB PURPOSE:The Program Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of Girls Inc. of Memphis program operations, ensuring high-quality, mission-aligned programming that advances the Girls Inc. Experience. This role serves as the primary relationship manager for school districts, school partners, community organizations, and key program stakeholders while supporting organizational visibility, donor stewardship, and strategic growth. The Program Director works collaboratively with the CEO, Development, Grants, and Program teams to strengthen partnerships, ensure program excellence, document impact, and communicate outcomes that support fundraising and community engagement.

- Lead implementation of high-quality programs that align with the Girls Inc. Experience, organizational strategic priorities, and community needs.
- Support program staff in delivering consistent, evidence-based programming across all sites.
- Ensure program delivery models are effectively documented, implemented, monitored, and evaluated through agency data systems.
- Collaborate with program managers and coordinators to support the successful implementation of school and community-based programming.
- Recruit, supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate assigned program staff.
- Establish annual goals and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure professional development aligns with program quality standards and agency culture.
- Ensure program compliance with organizational policies, grant requirements, licensing standards, and safety procedures.
- Serve as the primary organizational lead for cultivating and maintaining relationships with schools, school districts, community organizations, and strategic partners.
- Develop new partnership opportunities that expand Girls Inc.'s reach while maintaining program quality and mission alignment.
- Lead development, negotiation, implementation, and annual renewal of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with school and community partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations to ensure successful implementation and continuous communication.
