Job DescriptionThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Behavioral Health nurse!
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a nursing leader, as well as experience working with children and adolescents in an acute inpatient behavioral health setting.
Responsibilities include assisting/supporting the Director administratively and clinically, supervising, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling activities. You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
Qualifications:- Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program; B.A./B.S. or equivalent - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years demonstrated management/supervisory experience - Child/Adolescent Behavioral Nursing experience required
- Licensure/Certification:
Current RN license in Tennessee, BLS certification, CPI to be obtained during hospital orientation
