Job DescriptionThe Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the scheduling needs of nursing staff in all inpatient programs in conjunction with the Directors of Nursing. This individual coordinates the assignment of pool and float staff to supplement program schedule vacancies and staffing needs. The Staffing Coordinator performs responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Lakeside Behavioral Health System.

Education:
Bachelors degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
Experience:
Prior hospital and staffing experience required.
Knowledge:
Prefer knowledge base of clinical needs for staffing purposes. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
