This is an on-site, night shift travel nursing opportunity for experienced Pediatric ICU nurses (PICU RNs) who are passionate about pediatric critical care and delivering high-quality bedside care.

• Position: Travel PICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric ICU nurse
• Location: Memphis, TN 38103 (Downtown Memphis)
• Unit: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) — Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
• Employment Type: Travel Contract (On-Site)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: March 9, 2026
• End Date: June 8, 2026
• Shift: Night Shift – 3 x 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2130 - $2250 (competitive travel nursing pay)
• Orientation: 16 hours
• Weekend Requirement: As needed

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric critical care (PICU/Pediatric ICU) experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Travel Experience: At least 1 completed prior travel assignment preferred for travel RN roles
• Licensure: Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state required; must comply with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines (pending licenses not accepted)
• Education: BSN preferred; ADN accepted
• Charting: Cerner experience preferred (electronic medical record experience helpful)
• Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Local Radius: Must live at least 100 miles from facility to qualify as a travel nurse
• Time Off Policy: All requested time off must be submitted with application; no additional time off will be honored after offer

• Provide expert pediatric critical care and bedside nursing for PICU patients during night shifts
• Monitor, assess, and manage acute and complex pediatric conditions in a high-acuity environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric care teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff
• Float to like pediatric units as needed to support patient care and staffing
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, travel agency requirements, and mandatory training

• Work in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and gain advanced pediatric critical care experience
