Position Summary:

Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Travels’ mission and values. Provides direct care and delegates and supervises all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Demonstrates clinical competence, manages patient care, improves quality of care, establishes professional relationships, and fulfills hospital responsibilities.

Position

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

• 1 year as a Registered Nurse required; may vary by client and setting. Prior LVN/LPN experience may be considered to meet the 1‑year requirement, depending on the assignment.
• Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current, valid, active driver’s license.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
• Recent acute‑care experience for acute‑care and LTAC placements.

• Current, valid, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor required; AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Additional certifications such as ACLS may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client.

Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
