Shifts Available: 7AM-3PM | 3PM-11PM | 11PM-7AM

What You'll Do as an LPN

* Administer medications and treatments accurately and compassionately

* Monitor resident health and respond promptly to changes in condition

* Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

* Support individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

* Build meaningful relationships with residents and create a warm, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

* Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

* Passion for senior care and improving quality of life for others

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
