LPN; Part-Time

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Maintain a current LPN license in Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi and have at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience. Under the supervision of the RN Area Manager, assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of client care.

• LPN license (TN, AR, or MS).
• 3 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

Hourly Pay: $24.00 plus $3.00 for weekend shifts.

Shift: Part-time. Saturday and Sunday 7 a.m.

- 7 p.m., 7 p.m.

- 7 a.m., and 11 p.m.

- 7 a.m.

• Perform monthly and quarterly assessments as scheduled and PRN assessments of changes in client health status.
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive client medical records, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Conduct frequent client rounds, record vital signs, and report observations to identify health needs early.
• Complete daily shift duties per SRVS policies, maintain transfer packets, perform nail care, and record menses, seizure activities, intake/output, and other tracking forms.
• Assist in managing drug and pharmaceutical inventories, ordering and receiving medications from pharmacy.
• Administer medications and treatments using the "7 rights" (right medication, dosage, route, individual, time, texture, and position).
• Maintain harmonious relationships with interdisciplinary team members and peers.

• Participate in or conduct health training for facility personnel.
• Communicate verbally and in writing regarding client health monitoring and prevention.
• Assist the RN Area Manager on matters directly related to client well-being.
• Review consults, recommendations, and MD orders; transcribe orders accurately.
• Attend and participate professionally in at least 80% of scheduled meetings and 100% of mandatory meetings.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license for Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi.
• Pass all required pre-employment screenings, criminal background checks, and drug test.
