- Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance.

- Current RN license in Tennessee.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent preoperative, Pre Op, or PACU experience.
- Proven track record of stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long‑term commitment and progression.
