Adoration Health in Pleasant View, TN is seeking a registered nurse to join our home health team on a PRN basis. You will provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, develop plans of care, administer medications, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team.
This role offers flexible scheduling, on-call rotation, and opportunities for growth within a growing company. A valid RN license, CPR, and at least one year of nursing experience in home health or geriatrics preferred.
