Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location:
Carthage, NY
Openings: 3-11 & 11-7 shifts. Full‑time & part‑time positions available.
Compensation & Benefits- Sign‑on bonus of $5,000
- Daily Pay through trusted third‑party provider
- Generous pay rates
- Extra evening and night shift differentials
- Flexible schedules for Full‑time, Part‑time, or Per‑Diem
- Two‑tiered insurance plan:
Medical and Dental - Tuition reimbursement program
- Collecting required information from new residents for admission
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals & temperature
- Administering medications and injections as needed
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required
- Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene care
- Monitoring residents’ food and liquid intake and output
- Must work effectively as a team member
- Valid LPN state license
- Good standing with state registry
