Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit in Memphis, Tennessee.

Provide direct patient care for adult Medical Surgical Telemetry patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care each shift. Coordinate care using a multidisciplinary team approach. Perform nursing procedures within the Medical Surgical Telemetry specialty. Supervise delegated patient care activities while promoting safe, high-quality outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the medical record. Support quality patient care, resource management, and unit operations.

Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing REQUIRED Active Tennessee Registered Nurse License (or Eligibility) REQUIRED BLS Certification REQUIRED Upon Hire ACLS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire CPI Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire PALS Certification REQUIRED Within 3 Months of Hire Minimum One Year RN Experience Preferred Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing Preferred Strong Medical Surgical Telemetry Clinical Skills
