ADON (Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurse)
Day Shift - 40 hours per week
$10,000 Bonus for Full Time RN
Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed free-standing facility treating children and teens ages 10 to 17 with psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorders. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome.

Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum of an Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five (3) years experience in nursing management role and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.
License: TN RN license (or compact RN license).
