Position Overview:We are looking for a Treatment Nurse to deliver high‑quality care to residents. This role involves managing treatment plans, administering medications, conducting assessments, educating residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills, a collaborative spirit, and an empathetic approach to care. Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments of residents.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols.
- Monitor and document residents’ treatment responses and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with facility regulations, policies, and protocols.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Tennessee or compact.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar environment is highly desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and wound care skills.
