Role: Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing high-quality, rapid-response patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients quickly based on severity
- Administer medications, treatments, and assist in emergency procedures
- Monitor patient safety and comfort, documenting conditions and interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about emergency care plans
- Follow safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Minimum one year recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in English, basic PC skills, and ability to work under pressure
