Job Summary:

Parkway Health and Rehab is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN LPN Unit Manager to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Memphis, TN. • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our unit, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management
• Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Manage and coordinate the activities of LPNs and other unit staff
• Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and families
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in skilled nursing facility operations

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
