Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective clinical patient care, overseeing assessment, planning, and implementation of care for assigned patients on a per shift basis. They coordinate multidisciplinary care, develop and modify care plans, perform specialty procedures, and document all nursing activities accurately. Supervision of staff and delegation of appropriate care are key responsibilities. The RN ensures compliance with safety standards, administers medications, and performs emergency roles as needed.

• Current RN licensure and certification, including BLS; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as required by department.
• Preferred Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing and recent acute care experience.
• Ability to perform procedures, coordinate care, and adhere to hospital policies and emergency protocols.
