As the Director of Nursing , you will oversee all clinical operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and resident care teams
Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and individualized service plans
Ensure safe medication management and accurate clinical documentation
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
Lead quality assurance, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives
Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional resident outcomes
Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and outstanding customer service
Serve as a member of the community leadership team to support operational excellence
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the State of Tennessee
Leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare
Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
Passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and respect
Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred
Three or more years of nursing leadership experience
Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, or Long-Term Care
Experience caring for residents living with dementia
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing clinical teams
