Registered Nurse – Home Health

Home Health Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide home health care services in patients’ residences. The ideal candidate will deliver quality patient care while adhering to agency protocols and maintaining compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ health status and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient interactions and clinical observations accurately in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Respond to urgent patient needs during assigned on-call shifts.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state or a compact license compliant with NLC guidelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience, with 3+ years preferred.
• Successful completion of at least one prior travel healthcare assignment.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Hold current certifications such as BLS; renewal plans must be documented if expiring soon.
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the specified facility.
