LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Belmont Village Memphis seeks a compassionate LPN to provide high-quality care to assisted living and memory care residents. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document care, and collaborate with physicians, RNs, caregivers, and families. Responsibilities include supporting care plans, responding to changes in condition, and promoting resident safety, dignity, and comfort. The LPN will help guide care staff, participate in training, and support regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and community protocols
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, conditions, and responses to care
• Support, update, and follow individualized resident care plans
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians, RNs, care staff, residents, and families
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and urgent care needs
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered daily care and emotional support
• Guide and support caregivers and aides in delivering quality care
• Participate in training, in service education, and quality improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate electronic and written medical records and reports
