St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for a defined caseload, ensuring visits align with the plan of care and physician orders.
Hours are typically Monday–Friday 8–5 with possible evening visits; on-call and weekend coverage are shared among staff. Requires RN license (TN) with pediatric experience preferred, BSN preferred, and 4 years of nursing
