Life Linc Anesthesia is seeking an experienced PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team at the East Memphis Surgery Center in Memphis, Tennessee. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling in a predictable outpatient environment, along with the opportunity to practice with a collaborative team committed to delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective anesthesia care!

Schedule

Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm, as needed. Weekday and weekend call as need. Call is optional.

Benefits

• Benefits are available to employees working 30 hours or more per week. This position is not benefit eligible.
• Malpractice Professional Liability will be covered by Life Linc.

Administrative Duties

• The CRNA must function as a collaborator and team member to accomplish applicable goals and functions of Life Linc.
• Develop standards for continuity of care and case management.
• Remains cognizant of rules and regulation as they pertain to the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and remains compliant at a local, state, and federal level.

Clinical Duties

The CRNA scope of practice includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Performing and timely and accurately documentingapre-anesthetic assessments and patient evaluations, including requesting consultations and diagnostic studies; selecting, obtaining, ordering, or administering pre-anesthetic medications and fluids; and obtaining informed consent for anesthesia.
• Theday-to-day responsibility of the CRNA for this position will be toprovide professional anesthesia services to patients in accordance with the standard of care and state and federal laws and may include any of all of the following:
• Managing a patient's airway.
• Managing emergence and recovery from anesthesia.
• Releasing or discharging patients from a post-anesthesia care area, and providing post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care related to anesthesia side effects or…
