The Registered Nurse, Infusion serves as a care team member that specializes in the administration of medications and fluids. Assesses the physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient, and improves the care experience for the patient and their family. Responsible for the nursing care of patients in the infusion area. Coordinates communication with providers on behalf of the patient. Meets the needs of the patient in relation to education, screening, prevention and follow-up care.

You will assess physical, psychological, and social patient needs, administer medications and fluids, coordinate communication with providers, and provide education, screening, prevention, and follow-up care.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing – Required
• BSN – Preferred
• RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state where work is performed – Required
• BCLS – Basic Life Support – Required upon hire
• ACLS – Required within 180 days
• ONS Certification (Chemotherapy Certification) – Preferred, obtained within 6 months
• Minimum 1 year experience – Required
