Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) to provide direct clinical care, assess, plan, and implement patient care on a shift basis, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing services.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating patient care utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach
- Developing and modifying care plans for newly admitted patients
- Delivering nursing interventions aligned with medical plans
- Performing specialty procedures and accurately documenting care
- Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure and applicable certifications (BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, NRP as required)
- Preferred:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to perform specialty procedures
- Effective documentation and communication skills
- Leadership capabilities for supervising staff and ensuring quality care
This role offers an up to $12,000 sign-on bonus based on eligibility.
