Administer vaccines including flu, MMR, COVID, and others in a community healthcare setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interact professionally with patients. Lead with empathy, compassion, and excellent clinical skills such as medication administration and vaccination. Motivate and support team members by optimizing assignments and fostering a positive team culture. Adapt to changing plans and contribute to improved health outcomes and clinic efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE use, providing a safe environment for patients and staff. Maintain and demonstrate BLS certification and adherence to clinical standards.
Critical Information
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2pm - 6pm.
Remote:
In-person, patient-facing role requiring onsite presence as needed.
Environment:
Dynamic community healthcare setting, PPE provided.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in the state or territory of practice.
- Minimum one year related nursing experience, including immunizations and patient care.
- High School Diploma or GED verified.
- BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification required.
