Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Neuro/Surgical Telemetry – Tennessee

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, . Weekend requirement: 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule. Holiday availability required. No on-call requirements.

Highlights:

• Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor with a 30-patient daily census and 4-5:1 patient ratios
• Epic EMR system utilized; recent experience within the last 18 months required
• Float to other Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU as needed
• 36 hours of paid orientation provided
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, lift teams, and rapid response teams
• One pre-approved time off period available

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required; 2 years preferred
• Epic charting system experience within the last 18 months required and must be clearly documented
• Travel nursing experience preferred but not required; first-time travelers accepted
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only);
  Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
