Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (Nights)

Jefferson City, TN | Acute Care

Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Perform triage of patients utilizing critical thinking and comprehensive assessment skills
• Manage IV/IO access, chest tube management, urinary catheterization, and critical care drip administration
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and provide appropriate interventions
• Deliver critical care assessment and management within a 16-bed Emergency Department at a 4:1 variable patient ratio
• Document patient care accurately using First Net – Cerner EMR

• Active RN licensure (applicable to state of practice)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• CPI certification required (may be obtained after contract start; provided on site)
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience
• Proficiency in IV skills, cardiac monitoring, and critical care assessment and management
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience with First Net – Cerner EMR
• Comfort with critical care drip management and IO access
• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Department setting

• No call, no floating, and no mandatory 48-hour shifts — offering a more predictable and focused work experience
• Projected start date available with an immediate need, providing a quick pathway to placement
