Industrial​/Software Quality Inspector@ Olive Branch,MS

Responsibilities:

• Work in HQMS to organize, classify, and maintain controlled documents and folders in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Partner with document owners to review, update, and approve documentation changes.
• Verify that documents accurately reflect current processes and procedures in the manufacturing environment.
• Assist in process verification and documentation audits as needed.
• Support customer claim investigations by collecting and validating relevant records and reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and improve system organization.

• 2–3 years of quality inspection experience Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems (HQMS, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms).
• Experience using ERP systems like Oracle Net Suite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.
• Experience supporting process verification activities, internal audits, or customer claim investigations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large document databases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with document owners and cross-functional departments (engineering, production, and quality).
• Must be able to use MS Word and Excel to submit documents and reports within the time specified (usually within 24 hours after job completion)
• Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events
• Flexibility in scheduling
