We are currently seeking an Experienced PAYOFF / TITLE CLERK to join our team.

• Prepare the paperwork on titles that are received from lien holders
• Confirm accuracy of VIN number, odometer reading, releases of liens and that all titles contain no alterations
• Verify Payoffs with lenders prior to forwarding payoff checks
• Follow up on titles for all payoffs
• File all completed car deals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
• Knowledge of Word and Excel
