Tester Operator

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay Rate: $15.66 per hour.

• Perform various tests, analyze results, and identify any defects or issues.
• Observe and conduct operation of equipment and document maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot control panels, error lights, and messages to ensure proper equipment function.
• Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
• Verify equipment data for reporting.
• Interpret, follow, and execute testing procedures accurately.
• Communicate with equipment technicians regarding more complex issues.
• Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels.
• Enter data into CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
• Maintain and clean an organized workstation.
• Follow warehouse safety regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned based on business needs.

• Hands‑on capability to troubleshoot technical problems as necessary.
• Ability to gather, document, and input data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic computer ability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Previous experience in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (testing and repair), or forward logistics operation.
• Ability to handle basic issues and refer more complex problems to higher‑level staff.
• Time‑management skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• Warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods if necessary.
• Ability to bend, push, pull, twist, and reach in a continuous/repetitive capacity if necessary.
