Overview

The Operations Consultant & Quality Control Consultant will lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives within the multicenter EVAT Project and other GCC Program projects. This role involves the implementation of strategic projects that optimize internal and external processes, facilitating standardization and ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of the program’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

The candidate will:

  • Orient themselves toward results and problem‑solving.
  • Adapt and work effectively under pressure.
  • Lead project teams and manage cross‑functional responsibilities.
  • Apply knowledge of regulations and quality standards in the health sector.
  • Coordinate and execute projects, ensuring high productivity and initiative.
  • Analyze and adapt to changing circumstances, solving problems proactively.
  • Employ continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and others.
  • Analyze data and utilize quality management software tools.
  • Communicate assertively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across international environments.
Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or university degree in engineering or health sciences.
  • Specific training in quality areas based on validated methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Toyota Production System, Institute of Healthcare Improvement).
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Postgraduate studies focused on quality improvement, assurance, or planning.
  • Postgraduate diplomas in quality improvement methodology specific to health sciences and medical care.
  • Optional: five years’ experience in coordinating, managing, or administering quality improvement projects in complex operations.
