Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Safety Administrative Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our food safety protocols. Key Responsibilities- Record Keeping and Compliance Documentation:
- Maintain meticulous records of all food safety measures, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
- Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and complies with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and other relevant standards

- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of food safety guidelines.
- Facilitate communication between departments to address food safety concerns proactively.
- Audit and Inspection Support:
- Assist in preparing for third-party audits by organizing necessary documentation and coordinating audit logistics

- Training and
Education:- Coordinate and assist with the delivery of food safety training programs for staff, emphasizing the importance of food safety culture.
- Update training materials to reflect the latest food safety trends and regulatory changes
- Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Communication and
Collaboration:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, suppliers, and internal teams.
