City of Memphis is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist for the 911 Center in Memphis. Under the general supervision of the QA Manager, you will conduct quality improvement reviews of 911 calls, apply IAED standards, and use AQUA to track performance and protocol compliance.
You will prepare shift and agency reports, identify training gaps, assist with accreditation processes, and support front-line staff with technical guidance.
