Position: Quality Assurance and Controls Specialist (5831)

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our client's team in Memphis, TN. This is a Hybrid, Contract position.

SALARY

$24-$28 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, audit methodology, operational controls, and process improvement
  • Ability to identify risks, evaluate procedural gaps, and suggest practical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
  • Experience monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and advising leadership
  • Brokerage operations experience (preferred)
  • Managed Accounts experience (preferred)
  • Trading or trade review experience (preferred)
  • Experience in quality assurance, controls, audit, risk, or process improvement within financial services (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review Advisory and Managed Account processes for accuracy, compliance, and procedural adherence
  • Conduct audits, transaction reviews, and quality assessments to ensure standards and risk controls are met
  • Monitor workflows to identify errors, procedural gaps, and operational risks
  • Investigate discrepancies and errors, determining root causes and recommending solutions
  • Develop and report on quality metrics, audit findings, and error trends
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational controls and workflow efficiency
  • Assist in developing and delivering training on quality, compliance, and processes
  • Maintain and update training materials reflecting process changes and audit findings
  • Coach team members to reinforce accountability and quality standards
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to quality and compliance standards
  • Support adherence to service levels, quality benchmarks, and risk management protocols
