Test Engineer

This individual will be involved with cutting‑edge Cable TV (CATV) head‑end equipment and set top box technology. This individual should be a high-energy, quick learner who enjoys a hands‑on, fast‑paced work environment.
1stShift:
6:00AM - 2:40PM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:- Support and Maintain Test Systems for Testing Consumer Electronic sin production line
- Troubleshoot test systems and find root cause of problems and resolve
- Analyze technical requirements and effort associated with test systems and products
- Generate engineering documents, including schematics, diagnostics, flowcharts, and project status reports
- Configure and Calibrate Test systems
- Monitor Performance of the tester and improve tester performance
- Report software bugs to development team
- Implement new software's into test systems and upgrade software and hardware as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronics
- 0-2years’ experience in Test Engineering and Production Shop floor experience
- Clear, discriminatory approach to solving engineering problems
- Basic knowledge of C, C#, C++, Python, JTAG, CLI or LINUX applications
- Understanding Android/iOSPhones Testingis a plus
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact professionally with the customer in written and verbal communications
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field of Science (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Internship or project experience with test engineering
