Aluma-Form Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. This role ensures that all quality processes and procedures are compliant with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal goals for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:- Oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and other applicable regulations.
- Manage internal and external audits; lead preparation, execution, and response for audits by customers, registrars, and regulatory agencies.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of quality systems, procedures, and documentation control across all departments.
- Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve product quality.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) systems to address systemic quality issues.
- Ensure proper training, deployment, and compliance of the QMS across the organization.
- Support product launches, engineering changes, and process modifications to ensure they meet all quality system requirements.
- Maintain and improve quality-related digital tools, including document control, audit tracking, and corrective action workflows—preferably using tools like Microsoft SharePoint and SAP.
This position is based in a manufacturing and office environment.
