Engineering. Aluma-Form Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving quality improvements, implementing effective quality systems, and using data-driven methodologies to enhance product and process performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation such as control plans, inspection instructions, and quality procedures.
  • Document, track, and review Supplier Issues through supplier corrective actions.
  • Support internal and external audits; ensure readiness for customer quality system assessments.
  • Lead or support quality initiatives, including process capability studies, FMEA, and Problem Solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • Train and support production staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Work Environment

This position is primarily based in a manufacturing setting, with occasional time spent in office and lab areas. Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. May require limited travel (
