Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Quality position oversees the activity and results for the Quality Assurance Team. The position supports end-to-end product quality oversight at 3 DCs (Distribution Centers). The position also manages quality control over our re-manufacturing and refurbishment lines (Toner Cartridges, Printers, etc.) as well as finished goods at the warehouses. The role creates an environment of collaboration and respect among various departments throughout the warehouse.

Using strong communication skills, key metrics, and lean tools, this role builds new processes and cost-down solutions for the company, as well as provides the necessary performance management opportunities for employees.

Duties & Responsibilities Quality Management

Provide overall leadership and support to quality shared service activities for Brother International Corporation (BIC) and Brother Industries (BIUS) operations
Manage and monitor staff to ensure all quality standards are met in production, refurbishment, processes, and overall outputs
Plan quality assurance shared service staffing needs and allocation requirements to support business needs
Manage and assist with the development of quality assurance processes and procedures, process audits, as well as recognizing continuous improvement initiatives
