Job Summary
Great Client is seeking a Quality Auditor to join their team. The Quality Auditor performs quality control audits across manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure full compliance with engineering specifications, work instructions, and customer quality standards. This role conducts multi-stage inspections, tracks nonconformances, and collects process data to support quality engineering improvements.

- Conduct routine manufacturing process audits, assembly inspections, in-process checks, and final product verifications using standard sampling protocols.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, visual aids, and work instructions to verify compliance, sequence setups, and component traceability.
- dentify and document product defects, flag nonconformances, and assist quality teams with root cause observations and corrective action follow-up.
- Collect inspection data, perform basic statistical analysis, and generate audit reports and defect trends using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate quality records and communicate audit findings clearly to supervisors, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Quality Auditing, Assembly & Final Inspection, Nonconformance Detection, Traceability Verification, and Work Instruction Compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings/visual aids and compute ratios, percentages, fractions, and decimals to interpret quality graphs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data collection, basic charts/formulas) and standard Windows PC software packages.
- Exceptional attention to detail, practical problem-solving skills, good time management, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality auditing, quality inspection, or advanced assembly within a manufacturing environment.
