This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Memphis, TN. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of commercial properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, rent collection, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. Additional responsibilities include coordinating property inspections, managing budgets, and working closely with the leasing team to minimize vacancies and attract new tenants.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Property management experience, including tenant relations and lease management
• Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and rent collection
• Strong understanding of property regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage multiple properties
• Experience with maintenance coordination and property inspections
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate License is a plus
