Job Summary

A postdoctoral researcher is immediately available in Dr. Daniel Blair’s laboratory e Children’s Research Hospital. The focus is leveraging high‑throughput chemical synthesis and MS/MS analysis to develop predictive models of chemical reactivity, with an emphasis on substrate‑aware reaction‑condition prediction.

• Design and execute data‑rich experimentation that links chemical structures to optimal reaction conditions.
• Apply rapid tandem mass‑spectrometry methods to evaluate chemical reaction outcomes.
• Develop predictive models of chemical reactivity and reaction‑condition optimization.
• Collaborate with the Department of Chemical Biology and Therapeutics and the lab’s world‑class high‑throughput synthesis and analysis infrastructure.

• PhD in Organic Chemistry.
• Background in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Experience with automated synthesis or high‑throughput experimentation is desirable.
