Position Overview
We are seeking motivated postdoctoral fellows with a track record of productivity and strong interest in cancer metabolism and immunometabolism. A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is available to study molecular regulation of nucleotide metabolism across diverse human pathophysiological contexts within the newly established St. Jude Center for Pharmacogenomics. The laboratory aims to uncover fundamental mechanisms governing metabolic reprogramming and translate these discoveries into therapeutic strategies for human disease.
ResponsibilitiesConduct research using multidisciplinary approaches, including CRISPR‑based functional genomics, stable isotope tracing, metabolomics, molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, and mouse models to investigate how nucleotide metabolism influences disease progression and treatment response.
QualificationsRecent doctoral degree (PhD, MD, or combined degrees) with a general background in molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, and genetics.
