Design Research Associate

Our client is seeking a Design Research Associate to focus on Protein Design. This resource will assist with protein design workflows, computational analysis, and collaborative research projects. This role will contribute to the design and evaluation of novel proteins, support external research collaborations, and assist with scientific publications. Key responsibilities include executing computational protein design workflows and related research tasks, developing and maintaining analysis scripts for evaluating designed proteins, analyzing statistical and predicted physicochemical properties of protein designs, supporting research efforts focused on lysin-like antimicrobial design, preparing and presenting research findings to internal teams and external collaborators, providing computational support for protein dynamics research projects, assisting with preparation of scientific manuscripts, reports, and presentations, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary research teams.
